  • Pricing Corrections: We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error or supplier pricing change, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Extended Shipping Times: Because our products ship directly from global fulfillment centers, transit times may vary significantly. Estimated delivery windows provided at checkout are estimates only, not absolute guarantees.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by your country. The customer is solely responsible for paying all customs clearance fees. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed due to shipping carrier issues or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Order Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it is instantly routed to our automated fulfillment partners. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once payment is processed.
  • Return Authorization: Do not mail returns back to the address listed on your shipping package. That address belongs to a third-party fulfillment warehouse, and your return will be lost. To initiate a return, you must contact us directly at support@rltplus.com for our specific return instructions.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographic proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
